Mercy Care Center is here for you. We are an outpatient clinic located in the heart of Bronzeville on Chicago’s South Side at Oakwood Shores, 3753 S. Cottage Grove. We opened our doors to patients in the community on June 6, 2022.

Our center provides care for 50,000 patients each year, offering preventive care and diagnostic services that help address the prevalent chronic care conditions in the community. Whether it is a routine mammogram or you aren't feeling well, Mercy Care Center looks forward to taking care of you.
